Content Management and Capture

Hi,

Does anybody have experience using the Datacap Navigator Dashboard Accuracy page to get some stats?

• I configured the SLA based on this page: Dashboard parameters - IBM Documentation
• Enabled application stats collection in the Application Manager: Enabling application statistics collection - IBM Documentation
• Called the rulesets: Profile Statistics and Export Statistics (Enabled all functions)

But I still do not see anything shown. I checked the database, and I do see entries being written to the report tables, but nothing on Datacap Navigator Dashboard.

Is there anything else missing that I need to configure?
