    Hi

    what is the best way to support local scanner for a user that use IBM CONTENT NAVIGATOR  with out the use of ibm DATACAP plugin ?

    is there any OOTB solutions  like add doc from a scanner ?

    There is no OOTB method to do this. You would need to go through Datacap.

    There is no OOTB integration for ICN with a scanner. You would likely need to build a custom plugin.....or use Datacap!
