Also, I posted the question IBM Support, they asked for the port 4570 to be enabled. It may be blocked on my machine but the test environment provided by IBM for Build-A-Bot Challenge needs to be working, the IVR capabilities from IBM RPA are failing over there as well. Is it possible, that environment may be picking up the settings from my personal environment?

IVR is giving Synthesize error on Bot Says and if I add Bot Ask commands, the bot is executing successfully but there's no audio that comes out.
