    Hello community, I am developing a chatbot and I have a problem when the bot wants to upload a file to the chat.

    Hi Juan!

    You're using "Bot Send Media" command, right? What type of file you're trying to upload?

    I have not tried it for a while, but I remember that there was some issues for some file types as the others were working just fine.

    Exactly as you said, I am using "bot send media" command, what I want to upload is an excel file.

    Just tested that also myself and I'm getting exactly the same error. So, I'm thinking this might be a bug :(

    What's the env/tenant you're using and what's the version? Thanks!
