License file missing in the trial virtual environment (Error occurred)

    My trial virtual environment was working fine. Suddenly after 15 days (today), I got the error against the license file mentioned below.

    Edition: Not Licensed

    Last Error: [9200] The license could not be loaded. Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\IBM Robotic Process Automation\IBM Robotic Process Automation\LicenseFile.lfx'.

    If the trial version is of 30 days, how can the license be destroyed at the 15th day in the virtual environment?

    Kindly help me out with this issue.

    Hi Zaki,

    The VM where your user was into, faced an issue, and that has caused your bad experience. It was already solved, and we prorogate your Trial for 30 more days.
