The problem still persists, every time I open the browser it takes 2 minutes, by the way, the google driver it was already updated; I have noticed a couple of things that I think are also affected by the same problem.
The first one, I cannot access the study directly, this error appears:
so, I have to change the license and access from the Launcher and then,
change the license back to the studio license, so I can access:
The second one, I can't send emails:
This error appears: "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 173.194.215.109:993"
I think everything is related to some network or access problem? I do not know; I have done the same on another computer and everything works perfect, so I have no idea what might be failing on that computer

Hi Paula, I asked some experts on the team.
One option is to look at the studio.log. Sometimes new versions of chrome take a while the first launch, but then should speed up after that as it just verifies the version.
If you are seeing a problem with every launch every time, I would contact support so they can go help look at logs.
