Guide on using CP4BA as a Service Trial

I have got access to the CP4BA as a Service trail and tried to figure out how it works. The business process is clear. However, from the configuration point of view, there is only Business Application Designer where we can see the application's UI components while the Business Automation's workflows were left out of the scope (external workflow). The builtin menus, i.e. Decision, Document Processing and Workflow, were greyed out, leave them unable to access. I wonder if the current version of CP4BA as a Service is available for us to run a workflow from within, link Open API, etc. Any guides or tutorials on the CP4BA as a Service?

    Thanks,

    Hi Tuan,

I spoke to our product management team, and the trial is a guided experience, so it does not provide access to all of the development tools as you noticed.

There is a new blog that explains the experience:  https://community.ibm.com/community/user/automation/blogs/bill-lawton1/2021/09/20/new-ibm-cloud-pak-for-business-automation-trial-is

I'll also send you some contact info to see if there are some other options.  Thanks!
