    Environmental description:
Server for NFS is an NFS server that comes with Windows Server 2019
    Question:
DB2 JDBC files cannot be found during ECM installation by openshift, but relevant files can be searched on Windows Server 2019 NFS server.
Do you know what configuration is required to use windows NFS server during installation? The following is the error message.
To use Linux NFS, you need to set "RW, sync, no_wdelay, no_root_square, secure", but please point out what you need to set for windows NFS.

The permissions that are described in the following steps are examples that provide a secure environment. Your environment might have different permission requirements. Consider the following possibilities when you apply permissions to your folders:The NFS export root_squash option is strongly recommended for security. If you use the root_squash option, then the file directories to be used for the PVs group ownership must be set to the one specified by the anongid option given in the NFS export definition. The default anongid value is 65534.If the no_root_squash option is used, the PV group ownership must be set to the root group 0.Assign read, write, execute permissions to both the user and group owners, for example, chmod 770The following settings are required by FileNet Content Manager when creating your NFS exports:The rw,sync,no_wdelay settings are required. The no_subtree_check setting is recommended for performance.

    Hi Ding Wei,

We've had a few people look at this and please open a support case

It could be one of many things (misplaced JDBC files, something with Windows NFS, or simple configuration) and it would be better for support to troubleshoot this one.

We'd love for you to blog for us or come back here and let us know the solution.

    Thanks for posting!

    Hello!
Thank you very much for your reply.
Case has been opened, but there has been no good solution. There is no way. It has been installed as a Linux NFS server. But I'm surprised what caused this. Windows NFS server uses the built-in version of windows 2019 instead of simple configuration. Read / write permission, root directory permission and IP authorization have all been set.
There are still problems in the installation process. The engineer is redeploying. I cooperate with the installation. The following is the case number. The telephone number of the installation engineer is + 86 1******
