More than a year ago, I created a blog on Blogger to write articles about satellite channel frequency updates, and how satellites were received to watch sports and entertainment channels. I called this blog "قنوات أونلاين", and after having achieved little success in recent months.
I want to convert my blog into a large platform specializing in satellite content for receiving satellite channels.
What are the best suggestions for working on a platform that resembles an electronic library and has a large amount of information available on satellite channels of all kinds (sports channels - drama channels - movie channels - children's channels)?

The sections that I want the platform to contain are (Channel Frequencies ترددات قنوات - Satellite Receiving استقبال الأقمار) and I want the content to be in both Arabic and English.

I hope to share your suggestions because the content that I care about and love to write about is my business.

It sounds like you are looking to create a Digital Asset Management platform.  Within the IBM world, there are many use cases where organizations are storing video and media files on IBM Content Services (FileNet P8) and using Enterprise Video Streaming services for streaming, search and transcriptions, etc.  Many media companies also use IBM Aspera for large size file transfer.  These are just a few starting points for your research.  Good luck. It sounds like a great project.
