Hi Nordine
Thank you for your help. In my case I need to create the script automatically, without the necessity to manually copy&paste.
As for now, the best solution I can think of is to create an RPA that copy from a file and save the content in RPA Studio, as you said. However, this solution is far from perfect and also very tedious as it seems that I cannot use the Recorder on RPA Studio itself, but if there is no other way I guess it will do for now. I was hoping to find a built-in solution based on API or something like that. I hope that in the next versions of the software this will be allowed.

Hi Andrea
it is not exactly what you are asking for but I just copy&paste from the text editor to RPA Studio (Script view). Of course ignoring the special characters at the start and end of a .wal file.

Subject: How to create an RPA using text editor
Hi everyone,
is there a way to create a valid .wal file in a text editor and then import it in RPA Studio?
I am asking this because writing the same script in a text editor and in the script section in RPA Studio does not provide the same files. That seems to happen because when a .wal file is created in RPA Studio additional sequences of characters are added before some instructions. The result of this is that, when I run the file created using a text editor, RPA Studio will not open it.
Is there a workaround for this?
Thank you!
