  • 1.  Error:[9102] No Remaining Activations

    Hi RPA Team,

    Now I am getting "Error:[9102] No Remaining Activations", after reinstall RPA at the same machine with newer version. My older version is WDG, but we have to do self learning and create the training course for your partner. 

    Please kindly help please.

    Hi Prhaithoon, 

    Thanks for joining the community and posting -- did you see this documentation?  

    Sometimes this error comes up when the service start in a different order, but there is a tool to check your license. If that does not work, I would call IBM Support and they can get it working for you.

    HI Stephanie,

    I could login into RPA right now, this issue coming from duplication activation which used to activated once in the old version. So RPA technician have to 
    to delete any duplicate activation add more activation for solving this issue.
