what's the message in the Exception Window? Page not found?
You can check your region.config file in the install directory. There is an xml tag <DocumentationUrl> which is the base URL for the help pages. It used to be pointing to https://docs.wdgautomation.com, but now if you're on the latest IBM RPA version, you can try changing it to https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ and restart Studio.
