  • 1.  Error:[9102] No Remaining Activations

    On each system restart IBM RPA Studio asking "You're out of licenses...". I had activated the license few times in the same system on each system restart. Now I am getting "Error:[9102] No Remaining Activations".
    Please help to solve the issue.

    Hi Patrick! 
    There is a new list of troubleshooting items here for this message that was added to the documentation:
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/rpa/20.12?topic=troubleshooting-saas-edition-installation

    The message can sometimes mean that the bot launcher did not start in as a service and there are steps to correct this in the doc above. 

    In this particular case, we had to contact the IBM team that provisions the licenses.
