In this webcast, we'll look back at our inaugural IBM Build-A-Bot Challenge, which ran for 30 days from June 15-July 15. During the contest, participants were tasked with building an application using IBM Robotic Process Automation across two categories: Best IBM RPA Solution to Improve My Workplace and Best IBM RPA Solution to Address a Social Challenge. There were two $10,000 prizes at stake and the winners were announced on July 28.
We have invited the creators of the two winning entries to join us to discuss the experience and demonstrate their work. An essential aspect of the contest was to create new Automation solutions that make a positive impact on the world. We will examine their approach to conceiving, collaborating, and creating the winning entries. How did they select the problem to address? How did they divide up the work? How many iterations did it take to achieve a working prototype?
We'll ask our questions and the audience will have the chance to engage directly with the speakers, too. For example, one key challenge of the Contest was learning how to use IBM RPA in 30 days (or less). We'll hear first-hand from the winners what their experience was like working with the tools and connecting RPA to the broader world of systems and services to create a powerful application.
Join this session in this on demand webinar if you're just getting started with RPA, or if you're looking for valuable use cases to apply RPA in your organization. I look forward to seeing you there!
