    Hi,

We have built a Bot, but we are not sure how to submit the solutions and required information. Moreover, I am not sure how to add my team members name.

Would you please help as tomorrow is the last date?

    Thanks,
    Pooja Jain

    Pooja,

We're very excited to see what you built.  Submitting is easy.  Here's the e-mail sent to all contestants who authorized us to contact them during the Challenge:

    Hello!

We are just about 48 hours away from the close of the first IBM Build-A-Bot Challenge with two prizes of $10,000 each for grabs.  The deadline to submit your IBM Robotic Process Automation Solution is 11:59 PM on July 15 (OK, we'll give you til midnight).

Submitting your solution is easy. After you fill in the form with your contact info and mailing address (where will we mail the check?) as well as up to four other team members (if you worked as a team), you need to do only four things:

    1. Provide a Problem Description (what problem are you solving?) in less than 750 words
    2. Provide Solution Description (How are you solving it with IBM RPA and Automation?) in less than 750 words
    3. Provide a YouTube video link showing your bot in action.
    4. Check YES that IBM can verify your work by reviewing your code on the server (we can access it remotely) and YES that you will abide by the rules.

Here is the link to get to the form to submit your Problem Description, your Solution description, your Youtube video link and all team members:

    https://epwt-www.mybluemix.net/software/support/trial/cst/welcomepage.wss?siteId=1434&tabId=3898&w=1

Tip: Spend a few extra minutes to make sure the descriptions are clear and explain your approach; the Judges will be looking for that.

We will announce the Winners on Wednesday, July 28 in a webcast (at 1 PM ET). You can register here: http://ibm.biz/Buildabotwinners

As always, if you have questions, join us in the IBM Community here: https://community.ibm.com/community/user/automation/blogs/david-jenness/2021/06/03/ibm-build-a-bot-challenge

    Hi,

After submitting the form, List of submitted forms is not visible. Also we have not received any confirmation with the submitted details, only getting the message that we submitted the form. We can see the below message.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
    • You have already submitted the form. If you would like to make another submission for this form, please use this link.
    • You can view the list of submitted forms here.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
It will be great if we can view the submitted form or get some confirmation with the submitted details.
Hopefully we fill all the information, still little curious to be 100% confirmed on the form submission.

    Thanks,
    Somnath Ghosh

    Somnath,

Thanks for reaching out - You have identified another use case for RPA!  Actually, there is a bug in viewing Submitted forms and I'm told it was just fixed....

We have indeed received your submission and sent it to you via DM. I thank you for participating and I wish you luck.  If you wish to submit one for the other category, just select that link in the top line...:

    Hey,

Could you please tell that if we need to connect computers of our team member or do we need to schedule the bots we have created before submitting it to IBM. Where to deploy the bot so that IBM can get access to our code

    Thanks,
    Kunal Kankariya

    Kunal,

All we need for the Contest is "fully functioning code," but it doesn't need to be in production. RPA Studio is perfectly fine.
