Hi Ayishwaria, are you using the trial edition? I don't think you can register live chatbots with the trial. You can of course run the bot in Studio, or maybe consider using Watson Assistant which does offer a free chatbot URL.

Before you begin
To complete the chat mapping and running your chatbot at Web Chat, you need to request a Bot instance:
- Navigate to IBM Support.
- Open a case. In your IBM support case you need to attach:
- IBM RPA Portal environment name
- The environment's region
- Chatbot handle name
- Wait until the IBM support confirms the Bot creation.
