  • 1.  Client Connection Problem

    I have installed IBM RPA on Premise. Everything is OK. Installed-user can login from the client. But any other second user can not login. LOG file says;

    Hi, sorry for the delay, I needed some more information to understand your case.
    What action was taken that stopped working?
    Have you registered this other user?
    Was the entire test performed on the same machine?
    Have you changed the user of the machine?
    Is the antivirus active?

    Because it is a service that installs together with IBM RPA, as it worked before, it was installed, now we need to understand the reason why it no longer exists.
