    I have successfully installed WDG on prem version (20.10.0). But when I go to license screen it shows the following error. Cannot connect to the WDG studio also. Please see the attached screenshot.

    Hello!

    Unfortunately the on-prem version 20.10.0 still requires licenses / connection to WDG license server. This requirement is lifted from the latest version 20.12.0 that you should be using. Having said that, we have got some messages from our BPs that for some reason the latest version is not available in Business Partner software downloads. We're just in progress solving that out. Thanks for your patience.

    Hello again!

    The latest version of IBM RPA (20.12.0) should now be available in Business Partner software downloads. Apparently there was "a checkbox" missing from the download configuration :(

    I have just installed 20.12.5 with no obvious problems.  The Web Client logs on OK, and the API test works fine.

    So I then installed the client. The launcher and Studio icons appear on the desktop, but when I launch either, I get 


    Followed by 

    There seems to be some "magic" around the Certificate and License, but I failed to got to the bottom.

    Any help would be much appreciated.
