  • 1.  Problems installing the Clients - Certificate / License

    Hi, I have successfully installed the 20.12.5 server components and can access them from the Web Client and the API.

    But when I install the Studio Client, all seems to go Ok, but when I launch the Studio, I get.....


    Followed by .....




    Somehow I must have missed a step in the install process, but I can't see where.

    Any help is appreciated. Paul

    Hi Angelo, 

    Thanks for the trouble shooting pointer.

    In fact the Computer was not registered, so I added it using the hostname.

    Then downloaded and installed the certificate, and the Studio now starts.

    Not sure what step I had missed, but the Studio starts OK now.  Great, now I need to work out how to use it?  :-)
