    In trying to delete Glossary Terms, I frequently get the message below.  Some process maps were deleted weeks ago, yet I cannot delete the associated values.  What constitutes an automatic cleanup run, how often should they happen, and can I force a cleanup run as an admin?

    Hi Andrew,

    The cleanup run happens 30 days after the map was deleted. You might already be past that period, and so maybe give it another shot.

    Admins can't force the cleanup run to happen sooner, but that's a great idea! Consider logging it into our Ideas portal, so you can be notified when it gets implemented!
