    Is there any way to restrict process portal access from multiple workstations at same time.

    Hi Roy,

    In IBM BAW there is no restrictions for multiple sessions for the same user in Process Portal. As a example user1 login to process portal from one PC and if user2 login to process portal by using the same account from different PC, it doesn't expired the previous session which is used user1. The session works as previous. I just need to know whether there is any configuration to restrict the multiple sessions for one user account.

    Now I understand the requirement.
    I don't think this features is provided by the product, rather the product allows multiple concurrent sessions.
    But, I think you can develop your custom solution to handle this situation by customize Responsive Portal. ONLINE_STATUS column of BPM_USR_RUNTIME_PROPS table holds the user's login status. You can check that for current logged in user and check if the user is already logged in or not.

    It is product design to allow as many session per user as the user chooses.
    The user is free to use multiple devices at the same time or let custom programmatic clients act on this user's behalf.
