NullPointer while creating Deployment Environment

    Greetings,

    I have been working on setting up BAW on a single server environment where Filenet and CPE pre-exists. I have installed WAS ND 8.5.5.20 and BAW 20.0.0.2 and then ran the BPMConfig command to create the deployment environment having Node1Profile on the same server. I saw an error in the command prompt when the Cluster members were getting created "FATAL ERROR: 'java.lang.NullPointerException'


    Although the command is completed successfully and while looking at the logs, I couldn't see any traces for FATAL error or Null Pointer Exception. 
    Please suggest
