    Hi

I created an Process Activity in Case Solutions in Workflow center. I am trying to configure the coach to display the case folder using the case folder case toolkit. This is available as of BAW 20.0.2. The configuration requires setting the Case Identifier and the target object store. Since the case identifier is created when a case is added, how this property should be configured?

    Hi,

I have tried a bit and the steps to get this working are the following:

    1. create a private variable for the CSHS, e.g. "tw.local.caseId"
    2. in the coach "Pre & Post" retrieve the caseId -> the trick here is afterwards to use the slice method to remove the first and last characters:

    3. bind this private variable for that element "Case Identifier":

    Hi,

At this point the Case Folder UI View, just wraps the Document Explorer UI View from the Content Toolkit. This will be changing in the future as we bring a richer content experience to view.

For the use case above, I would suggest an easier approach using the Document Explorer and a configuration option that was added last year.

If you look at the Document Explorer / Configuration / Content Management Advanced / Display parent case folder

One click of that option and it just works.
