  • 1.  facing issue with tracking Group in IBM BPM V8.5.7

    Hi All,

    I have created a new tracking group inside a toolkit so that I can reuse same tracking group in multiple process applications.  When I tried deploying the application(In which toolkit has been referred) to run-time environment, am not able to find the tracking table.  I updated tracking definitions multiple times, but no luck.

    Please assist.

    Hi,

    Usually, there is no need of sending tracking definitions unless a problem occurs during a snapshot deployment. I have few question on your case -

    1.  Have you seen any error like - "Tracking definitions were not sent successfully"  in the sysout logs?
    2. Have you tried rebouncing the server ?
    3. Does the user given to BPM to connect the Performance Data Warehouse database have sufficient privileges to create tables ?

    Try restarting the server and if you think the user does not have sufficient privilege, the  you can take out the DDL from your Process Center database and get the table created by a DBA in the Process Server database.
