BPM, Workflow, and Case

We did an upgrade of IBM BPM from v8.5.6 to IBM BAW 19.0.0.2. During post updade verfication we found that there is change in the date object format in a service invoked through REST API. 

Before upgrade: 'yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssz'
After upgrade: 'yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSz'
Observation: Only date object inside a complex object has the format change. 

The REST call at the client side fails due to serialization issue. There is no scope of client changing their interface. 

Is this a known issue while upgrade? Is there any 100custom.xml settings to override? Any interim fix?

Please try to raise PMR with IBM and ask for support.

Since seeking support takes longer route, the interface was updated to accommodate the change in timestamp.
