We are pleased to announce some exciting enhancements for the IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation as a Service March 2022 update.
This announcement highlights customer-driven enhancements as well as security and compliance updates:
 
  • Salesforce connector integration - enables Salesforce users to seamlessly store related content and metadata within the Content Services centralized repository to ensure appropriate governance
  • HIPAA-readiness certified – the following Cloud Pack for Business Automation as a Service components meet the guidelines set forth by HIPAA and have the capabilities to help your organization meet the requirements of HIPAA compliance.
    • Business Automation Workflow on Cloud
    • Business Automation Content Services on Cloud
    • Business Automation Content Analyzer
    • Operational Decision Manager on Cloud
  • Enhanced usage dashboards now include Operational Decision Manager on cloud usage metrics.
  • Ability to run custom UI applications within your own web domains.
  • Self-service certificate management- enables you to manage your certificates seamlessly without the need for DevOps.
