We saw a nice turnout for the second half 2020 CM8 User Group.  New president Kay Harris kicked off the meeting and got us quickly to the CM8 Update and Roadmap, presented by Senior Offering Manager Neil Parrott and Unicom Development lead Randy Richardt. 

Later, Kay announced a 2021 get together with IBM Executive leadership and asked all attendees to provide their top three pain points in a thread on the IBM Automation Community. 

Finally, Kay reviewed Best Practices for clients moving from eClient or pClient to IBM Content Navigator. She has helped a number of companies make the transition and she presented lessons learned.
