    Hi,

Does anyone have the accompanying models and requirement sets for this desk book? or is it available anyone on IBM platform?

    This is what I'm looking for;

    • the SecSys Stakeholder and System Requirements
    • for each of the SE phases the incrementally extended Rhapsody
    model database.
    • DOORS archive of the SecSys requirements
    • Rhapsody Gateway custom types file

    Best Regards!

    Hello Edmund Mayer,

I need your help by sharing the Deskbook version 4.1 or later version.

    Thanks for your support

    Hello Hakikrishnan,

The Rhapsody projects for the Security System sample were created for the HarmonySE Deskbook 4.0, and are provided in the file
SampleModelsForIBMRationalHarmonyDeskbook4.0.zip. They were also used for the HarmonySE Deskbook 4.1.

The HarmonySE Deskbook 4.1 added two chapters in the appendix.
A5 for Change Request-Driven System Design Approach
A6 for Model-Based Testing for the Verification of Hand-Off Models

    For the Deskbook 4.1 changes:
    - Deskbook 4.1 Appendix A5. There is no available Rhapsody project for the graphics shown in the deskbook.
    - Deskbook 4.1 Appendix A6. The ATG sample model covers this. See <Rhapsody>\Samples\CppSamples\Atg\SecSysController_HandOff.rpy.

The SecSysController_HandOff_withATG.zip Rhapsody project is from the Rhapsody 9.0.1 installation, and is an Appendix A6 specific
update to the SecSysController_HandOff Rhapsody project (the project that is included in SampleModelsForIBMRationalHarmonyDeskbook4.0.zip).

This is the public web page for Harmony. It refers to to the original Harmony-SE (aka Harmony Classic) and the alternative Agile Harmony
    (aka Harmony aMBSE).

While it has not been publicly announced, there is a new HarmonyMBE. From the HarmonyMBE Deskbook ...
The key goals of HarmonyMBE are:
    • To simplify the workflows and provide more automation to reduce the amount of manual work involved in building complex models.
    • To reduce the amount of merging necessary. Both previous iterations had one thing in common – use cases were modelled separately (either in separate Rhapsody models or in separate packages in the same model) and then had to be merged. This merge process inevitably resulted in conflicts as the use case teams were independent. HarmonyMBE works with a common pool of functions at the functional level allowing for shared modelling and less conflict resolution.
    • Collaborative working in Rhapsody Model Manager – this version assumes you are using RMM (or at least some form of configuration management) to manage the models. This is essential to have multiple users working on the same model at the same time.
    • To promote re-use. Each architectural level may be re-used so engineers are not starting with a 'blank slate'
    • To make the workflow repeatable to multiple levels of architecture.
    • To use as few extensions to the standard Systems Modeling Language (SysML) as possible.

If you are interested in HarmonyMBE, I can share it now but only privately. Email me or contact me on LinkedIn.
