    Hi IBM TechXchange community! I'm Ajay, and I'm excited to share that I've recently joined the team at Apptio IBM as a Technical Trainer within Customer Success. It's been a month of learning, growth, and valuable experiences, and I'm thrilled to be part of such an innovative company.

    Collaboration is Key: Whether it's working alongside product teams, supporting customers, or engaging with colleagues across departments, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.

    Problem Solving: Each day brings new challenges, but also new opportunities to innovate and create solutions that make a real impact on customer success.

    Continuous Learning: One of the best parts of my role is the constant learning-both from the talented individuals I work with and from the feedback we receive from customers.
