He is excited about the new automation hub for Workload Automation, where new out-of-the-box use cases are continually documented for SAP, Oracle, RPA bots, Chef, Ansible, public clouds, and other high-value automations.



Marco Cardelli
Workload Automation Product Manager

Marco has been working with IBM since 1990 and on IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS since 1995. He started on IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS as a L3 support specialist and then joined the development team as chief designer starting with IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS 8.3.  In 2015 he became architect of the IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS product. In September 2016, as part of the new partnership agreement between IBM and HCL, he moved to the new HCL Products & Platforms division. Since January 2017 he left the development team and joined the Workload Automation Offering team.



Emanuela Zaccone
Workload Automation Product Manager

Emanuela has 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing and, since 2016, in Product Management.
She has a background as a digital entrepreneur, with her latest Silicon Valley-based startup acquired in 2019.
She strongly believes in a customer-centric and data-driven approach to product management. And she is now proud to rock the future of Automation at HCL.



Jerry Sood
Worldwide Sales Director, Workload Automation

Jerry manages the worldwide presales team to support IBM workload automation sales.  His HCL team supports IBM sales teams in all aspects of the sales, including presentations, sizing environments, RFPs, and POCs.  
His team also supports IBM Lab Services, to help clients create a Competitor Replacement Plan leveraging the migration factory, ensure customer success, provide training, and assist with staffing of Workload Automation AVP contracts.
