Grace Williamson, Product Manager, IBM Workload Automation
Grace is a Product Manager for IBM Workload Automation and the IBM Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps where she focuses on delivering better products through building customer relationships and implementing direct user feedback. Her main initiatives include overseeing go-to-market strategy and IP partner success for IBM Workload Automation, and management of the Watson AIOps Customer Advisory Council. Before joining IBM, Grace pursued an MBA at NC State University where she studied technology commercialization and entrepreneurship. Grace has consulted for over 20 start-ups, non-profit organizations, and corporations to help develop and implement their marketing and communication strategies.  


Marco Cardelli, HCL Software – Lead Product Manager, IBM Workload Automation  
Marco Cardelli, HCL Software - Marco Cardelli is the Lead Product Manager of the Workload Automation products. Marco has been working with IBM since 1990 and on IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS since 1995. He started on IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS as a L3 support specialist and then joined the development team as chief designer starting with IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS 8.3. In 2015 he became architect of the IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS product. In September 2016, as part of the new partnership agreement between IBM and HCL, he moved to the new HCL Software division. Since January 2017 he left the development team and joined the Workload Automation Product Management team.


Pasquale Peluso, Verification Lead Engineer, HCL Workload Automation
Pasquale is leading the development activities of the Engine team for the distributed version of Workload Automation 10.1. In recent years he has been involved in the verification and testing of the Cloud and Containerized versions of Workload Automation. He completed his academic studies in Rome, obtaining the Master's Degree in Automation Engineering.
