Records not showing in List Tab on SR Application

    Hi, I'm having an issue, we have configured a ticket prefix "SR-" for service requests, but as we pass beyond the ticket SR-9999, on the SR Application (default), it is not displaying any record beyond that number when all records query is selected (i.e. SR-10000 or SR-10001 are not shown in the list) does anybody know how to solve this?

    The environment is: Win 2k12 Control desk 7.6.1 MS SQL Database

    Hi, pleas check this:

    Go To - Administration - Organizations

    In the Organizations application, select your organization

    Select Action - Autonumber set up - System Level

    Search for Autonumber Name SRID. Check the value in the field "Seed".

    There you can see the last SRID and the number of digits which it could has. If there is 9999 you need to increase this number to over 10000.
