Hi, pleas check this:
Go To - Administration - Organizations
In the Organizations application, select your organization
Select Action - Autonumber set up - System Level
Search for Autonumber Name SRID. Check the value in the field "Seed".
There you can see the last SRID and the number of digits which it could has. If there is 9999 you need to increase this number to over 10000.
