    Hi,
I'm a student learning computer science and wanted to delve into some machine learning. I've done a few small projects/competitions but I would love to learn more of the practical skill set from someone by helping / tagging along on what they are doing.
I have a solid foundation in ML and lots of the mathematics involved.
Does this interest anyone? If this isn't the right place to ask, can you direct me somewhere more suitable?
Thank you for reading and stay safe.

Hi, I have no idea about your level of experience, but I suggest you to go through coursera website and learn more and you will find your peer group and community better. As far as I know everyone on this community are well-experienced people, you had better to either share your issue and someone will look at it and will help you or share your experience. Good Luck ! :)

    Hello, Thanks for your question.

You are actually in the right direction. Machine Learning is all about learning complex algorithms and mathematics.

If you have profound knowledge of Python, Pandas, Numpy, Scikit Learn, and Tensorflow, then you can start with contributing open source projects.

There is a website called kaggle.com, which is a pool of ML developers who shares their knowledge there.

You can use that platform to test your skill and contribute to open source projects there.

They have the last amount of datasets available, which you can use to test your algorithms and compare the results.

It will be very beneficial for your career.

    Best Regards,

Data science is a broad term that includes machine learning, data analytics, and big data. Data science uses machine learning algorithms and models to analyze and process data. Machine learning algorithms are also used in data modeling.

Data science is all about being inquisitive – asking new questions, making new discoveries, and learning new things. To become a successful Data scientist, one should have skills in three major areas:

    • Mathematics
    • Technology and Hacking
    • Strong Business Acumen

So out of so many institutions, I would recommend CETPA for Data science online course.

CETPA provides live project-based training to their students along with placement opportunities, which is vital for a fresher. These projects add to your experience. Not just experience, but also help in your understanding and practice.

My training experience at CETPA has been phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for job-oriented Python Training in Delhi.

    Hi Alessandro,

If you are still looking to learn about machine learning, now is good time to look into the CoursEra options as Samira suggested above.  IBM is offering some free resources to new members.  Good luck and happy coding!
