#SPSS Statistics #Amos changes estimates when I run the calculation a second time

    Hi,
the following problems occured when I calculate the estimates for my model:
    - when I first ran it, the model fit indices were in a normal range (e.g. CMIN/DF = 3.75). Then I saved my model and ran the analysis again and suddenly CMIN/DF was at something like -616699971232898,000. Closing the programm, running it again and even building the model again did not change anything.
    - Can someone explain this to me?
    - Secondly, such a huge negative estimate for CMIN or CMIN/DF makes no sense, right? Does anyone know, what the reason for this is?

    Thanks in advance!
    Nawael

    Hi @N Niazy

Are you using a Windows Regional setting where the decimal symbol is a comma (',') and the digit grouping symbol is a period ('.').   Or are you perhaps reading a data file organized this way?
