You should find some installation logs at
<INSTALLDIR>\Uninstall\Logs\
Can you look there and report log contents ?

I cannot instal the newest version of CPLEX Studio on Windows 11: the installation stalls at 24% (or earlier) and after a while the installation process terminates abruptly and its window disappears. Do you know what the reason can be?
